Code of Conduct - Working together responsibly

The R&M Group stands for technological competence, innovation and a client orientation. The R&M Group assumes great responsibility with respect to society and its employees, clients and business partners as well as its owners.

For this reason we have adopted clear policies to provide a framework for acting as entrepreneurs and as a business, and for complying with the law and legislation.

The Code of Conduct is intended as orientation for conscientious and responsible conduct in the company. It identifies the values, goals and principles for the acts of the company and should enable each individual employee to act responsibly in an ethical and lawful framework. In this way the R&M Group ensures that the principles of personal responsibility and transparency are preserved and the company acts in compliance with its responsibility to all stakeholders.

 

Compliance - Integrity as a basic principle

Compliance is a central building block of responsible company management for R&M and means more than just complying with rules and laws. R&M views integrity, honesty, reliability and credibility as a matter of conduct and a basic principle of conducting business. Compliance must be ensured collectively by all employees as a part of the culture and be systematically lived out – especially by managers.

The term compliance at R&M specifically means observing the internal requirements in the Code of Conduct and the secondary guidelines and the associated statutory provisions. The R&M compliance guidelines integrate the compliance rules already implemented at R&M and the Code of Conduct in a consistent compliance system that is binding worldwide for all R&M Employees.
