Alvedoor successfully merged into R&M Group

R&M International GmbH has taken over 100 per cent of the shares of Alvedoor (Kunshan) Co. Ltd. From now on, Alvedoor is a global Business Unit within the R&M Group, being able to offer a broadened portfolio in a substantially widened global footprint. The R&M Group will continue to use the brand name “Alvedooran” and all certificates formerly owned by Alvedoor International AB, Alvedoor AB and Alvedoor (Kunshan) Co. Ltd. The Business Unit is headed by Jan Zetterberg.

Alvedoor is a partner for high quality products. As part of R&M Group, it has access to the financial resources and international reach of the group. Volume manufacturing will be enlarged with new investments in the established facility in Kunshan, China. Finishing functions with low volume and short lead time manufacturing are handled from Germany.

The R&M Group will unlock significant potentials of the Business Unit Alvedoor.
