Change in the Management Board of the R&M Group

Effective from July 2018 Mr. Thomas Töpfer (56) takes charge as CEO of the R&M Group. Thomas Töpfer has extensive experience in managing companies for project and service businesses with international spread. He was priorly involved in R&M between 1995 to 2009, wherein as member of the board from 2001 and from 2004 as CEO of the board of Rheinhold & Mahla AG. Since 2016 Mr. Töpfer is one of the shareholders of the R&M Group.

„After a successful growth phase, I am pleased to take this role in R&M again to support the entire Group in realizing this strong growth”, says Töpfer. „I wish to offer my special gratitude to Ramesh Krishnan who has remarkably strategized and transformed the company into a global leader. I am happy to have Ramesh Krishnan in the Management Board of the R&M Group, who will now focus on strategic topics of the markets and customers“.

Ramesh Krishnan added „I am pleased about the development of the company into a globally leading provider of turnkey solutions for interior outfitting on board of passenger ships, and I look forward to focus on specific support to strengthen the company and its positioning further for the future“.
