R&M expands its competence through HVAC in the USA
On 11th December 2014, R&M International GmbH acquired the KLH AirCon International, Inc., a subsidiary of Selck Group located in Philadelphia.
KLH AirCon International, Inc. provides engineering, installation and commissioning of entire ventilation systems on board, including refrigeration and cooling systems, and mainly works for Aker Philadelphia Shipyard, Inc.
The integration of KLH AirCon into the R&M Group under the name R&M AirCon International, Inc. will be completed in the foreseeable future. With this acquisition R&M expands its business portfolio in the United States to the competence of air conditioning and ventilation as a complement to the existing, long-term expertise in steel construction and interior outfitting.
