- Steel-to-steel turnkey of Studio B (convertible theater and ice skating arena for 600 visitors) including delivery and installation of pipe systems, HVAC systems, insulation, electricity and interior system (floor, wall, ceiling, furniture)
- Steel-to-steel turnkey of Observation Lounge (ca. 850 m²)
- Installation of pipe systems and HVAC for 28 loft cabins
